Beef:
Matador Meat & Wine offers CAB (Certified Angus Beef) and Prime cuts of beef from two different regions of the United States:
Midwestern grain-fed beef shipped fresh, never frozen from Omaha, Nebraska and ideally aged in our on-site meat cooler.
Free-Range, all-natural beef is humanely raised and handled on family-owned ranches in the Western United States. The All-Natural beef undergoes stringent testing to ensure that it never receives any added hormones and is raised without antibiotics. These pure, single breed cattle are fed a 100% vegetarian diet that is guaranteed to be pesticide free. The result is the purest, most tender and flavorful natural beef ever.
*Due to drought conditions in Texas, we no longer carry Texas-raised, grass-fed beef. We hope to be able to offer this product again in the future.
Pork:
At Matador Meat & Wine, we offer Iowa-raised pork that is is processed locally. We have bone-in Iowa chops, the porterhouse of pork chops, thick and juicy boneless chops, and the meatiest baby-back ribs you’ve ever seen. As with our beef, our pork is always fresh, never frozen.
Sausage:
Matador’s staff has gone to great lengths to offer high quality, made from scratch sausages. From bratwurst to breakfast sausage to gourmet sausages such as bleu cheese and mushroom sausage, we guarantee you will find our sausage to be delicious.
Pasture-Raised Chicken:
Our chicken comes from Windy Meadows Family Farm in Campbell, Texas. Pasture-raised chickens spend most of their life on grassy turf where they have direct access to the forage and insects that are part of their natural diet. As with the natural beef, the pasture-raised chickens are raised humanely and free of antibiotics and hormones. We sell our chickens whole or halved.
