Ingredients:

1 1/2-2 pounds of skin on salmon fillet. 1 piece, not individual fillets.
2 Tbsp of olive oil
Kosher salt
Lemon pepper
Juice from 1/2 lemon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Season salmon with kosher salt and lemon pepper to taste. Place salmon skin side down in skillet and cook for 4 minutes over medium heat. Place skillet with salmon in 400 degree oven and cook for 6-8 minutes. Salmon will flake easily and should be cooked to medium (reddish pink) when done. Remove from oven and cut into individual servings. Serve immediately with green beans, asparagus, or over rice. Drizzle with lemon juice.
