Starting in June our complimentary wine tastings are moving to Thursdays.

Wine tasting will be held every Thursday from 5-7pm and will feature a variety of different wines from different regions, always paired with complimentary foods.  Tastings are always FREE and don’t require any reservations.  Check out our Calendar for upcoming events.

*Processing includes wrapping separately loin chops, back strap, tenderloins, round steaks, stew meat, and available roasts.  All processed cuts are subject to condition of meat upon receipt.  In the event some cuts are sacrificed by kill shots or contamination, Matador will notify the customer prior to processing.  Matador is not responsible for loss of meat due to spoilage or contamination. Sausages will be made from available boneless meat and are 40% – 50% pork.
